FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat power engineering. The plant comprises the following components each connected to its electric generator: a gas turbine unit (GTU), a steam turbine (STU) and a steam compressor heat pump unit (HPU), the working circuit of which includes a condenser of steam of low-boiling working fluid with a heat removal chamber (HRC) and an evaporator of working fluid with a heat supply chamber (HSC), connected with the help of the first heat exchange device (HED) to cold consumers. Heat consumers are connected with the help of the second HED and HRC, besides, the specified chamber with the help of the third HED and stop and control valves (SCV) is additionally connected to the medium with lower temperature, compared to temperature of coolant spent by heat consumers, and the HSC with the help of the fourth HED and SCV is additionally connected to one of spent low-potential process media of the plant with higher temperature compared to temperature of the medium returned in the same chamber from cold consumers. HPU may preferably be equipped with a heat accumulator connected with the help of SCV into a split of the line of heat supply to its consumers.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide for the possibility to burn fuel only in a combustion chamber of a GTU and seasonal redistribution of heat and cold efficiency of a plant in accordance with the accepted time schedule.
