FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to internal combustion engines with rocking working members. Proposed engine has crankcase forming common tubular body in form of round cylinder together with cylinder, and rocking piston coupled through link guide with crankshaft which is parallel to cylinder axis. According to invention, crankpin rests on link guide through roller. Tubular body forming cylinder and crankcase is heat insulated from outside. Engine can be furnished with two crankshafts, each engaging with one link guide at corresponding half of piston. High-pressure fuel pump can be set into action through plunger directed into cylinder space by rocking piston. EFFECT: improved reliability of operation. 6 cl, 3 dwg
