FIELD: plastic metal working, namely designs of containers for extruding articles of flat blanks in heavy hydraulic presses. SUBSTANCE: container for extruding articles of flat blanks includes builtup working sleeve having cylindrical portions with rounded grooves restricting opening for blank and housing that embraces by interference fit portion of sleeve. Cylindrical portions of working sleeve are mounted with eccentricity relative to housing of container; arc length of sleeve portion contacting with housing exceeds length of semicircle of its cylindrical surface. Opening for blank is additionally restricted by cylindrical turnings of housing joined with roundings of grooves of working sleeve portions. EFFECT: enhanced strength of container. 1 dwg
