FIELD: laminated materials. SUBSTANCE: laminated material is distinguished by substrate based on glass fibers, mineral fibers or wood materials and noncomposite being in functional contact with substrate which is produced by modification of surface of (a) colloid inorganic particles and (b) with one or several silanes of general formula R_x-Si-Ai_4-x, where residues A are similar or different hydroxyl or hydrolytic dissociated groups, except for metoxy; residues R are similar or different hydrolytically nondissociated groups; x = 0, 1, 2 or 3 at least 50 % of silanes have X > 1; under conditions of sol-gel process with amount of water below stoichiometric value, in terms of present hydrolyzed groups, with formation of nanocomposite sol, and if necessary, with further hydrolysis and condensation of nanocomposite sol before contacting with substrate and subsequent hardening.
