FIELD: heat-accumulation materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to overcooled heat-accumulation materials having latent heat of liquid-solid phase transfer, which can be used to protect man against overcooling as well as in medical hot-water bags and compresses. In composition containing 90-99 wt % of phase-transfer material consisting of sodium acetate trihydrate and 1-10 wt % of crystallization modifier: sodium hypophosphate decahydrate, improvement consists in that phase-transfer material contains either mixture of sodium acetate trihydrate (90-99%) with lithium acetate dihydrate (1-10%) or sodium acetate trihydrate (85-95%) with magnesium diacetate tetrahydrate (5-15%). EFFECT: lowered phase-transfer temperatures to 48-50 C, which prevents body burns, whereas temperatures of spontaneous crystallization lie within the range from -35 to +40 C, which provides high working characteristics. 2 ex
