FIELD: production of large single crystals of superconductors. SUBSTANCE: initial mixture is used in form of compacted powder. Flux is used in form of sodium chloride which is loaded in a layer on mixture heated up to 880-883 C and cooled in three stages: from 880-883 to 860 C for 34-45 h; from 860 to 805 C for 9-15 h; from 805 to 795 for 18-22 h. Final product is in form of prism-shaped crystals with volume of up to 3 cu.cm. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
