FIELD: textile engineering. SUBSTANCE: mechanism has weaver's beam having rotary shaft kinematically connected to rotary lever, device for lifting and lowering of rolling pin during replacement of produced weaver's beams, kinematically connected reversing electric engine and clutch, and device for kinematical joining of clutch to lever. Said mechanism may be used on winding, warping and other similar machines for preparing warp threads for weaving. EFFECT: improved winding quality by increased precision of layer-by-layer leveling of winding density and reduced power consumption by kinematic connection between weaver's beam rotary shaft and rotary lever. 4 cl, 3 dwg
