Invention proposes a novel medicinal agent "PATRIMIN" showing sedative, hypotensive, anticoagulating, antiaggregating and hypolipidemic effects. An agent presents the dried extract of triterpene glycosides-patrinosides D, B and C prepared from median patrinia roots (Patrinia intermedia (Horn.) Roem et Schult) where the content of oleonic acid is 10-19% per absolutely dried extract. Low toxicity and broad range of activity of the preparation show an advantage in medicinal practice as compared with narrow-pattern drugs (valerian, motherwort tinctures and others).
