SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of the vegetable-base agent and can be used as a curative-prophylactic agent eliciting anti-aggregating, capillary-protecting, vein-tonic and improving microcirculation in vascular damages. The composition eliciting anti-aggregating, capillary-protecting and vein-tonic effect represents a dry extract prepared by alcoholic extraction of the mixture consisting of common horse chestnut fruits, licorice roots, wild rose fruits and haw-thorn fruits taken in the definite ratio of components. The proposed agent is recommended for treatment of acute pathological states and/or exacerbations of chronic diseases associated with vascular disorders, such as elevating platelet aggregation, disturbance in capillary permeability, microcirculation and venous circulation.
