SUBSTANCE: container consists of vessel with shutoff cap for dosing of liquids found inside circumferential projection which in shutoff comes from below to under cylindrical ring rigidly connected with shutoff cap of pipe union displacing a part of vessel contents when shutoff cap is moved on pipe union. Pipe union has at least one chamber sealed from ambient space by two partitions pricked through by cannula.
