FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of benzoylguanidine of the general formula (I) where R1 means alkyl with 1-8 carbon atoms; A means the group given in the invention claim; B means (-CH2-)a or (-CO-)b where a = 0-8, preferably, 1, 2, 3 or 4; b = 0, 1 or 2, preferably, 1; R2 means unsubstituted or substituted alkyl 1-8 carbon atoms, unsubstituted phenyl, NR3R4 or preferably five- membered heterocycle given in the invention claim where U, V, W, X and Z can mean CH, NH, O or S; R3 and R4 mean alkyl with 1-8 carbon atoms. Invention expands arsenal of derivatives of benzoylguanidine showing high inhibitory activity with respect to Na+/H+-exchange. Also, invention discloses a method of synthesis of these compounds and a pharmaceutical composition based on novel derivatives of benzoylguanidine.
