SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics and medicine, and concerns a drug combination exhibiting prolonged anticholinergic action and prolonged beta-mimetic action which along with 6-hydroxy-8-{1-hydroxy-2-[2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1,1-dimethylethylamino]-ethyl}-4H-benzo[1,4]oxazin-3-one (1.1) contains thiotropium salt (2.1) as the other active substance in the ratio of 1.1 to 2.1 within 1:1 to 10:1, and application of the specified drug combination for preparing drugs.
EFFECT: preparation of the drug combination exhibiting prolong anticholinergic action and prolonged beta-mimetic action.
