FIELD: ground reinforcing fabrics used as drainage and reinforcing fabrics and as fences. SUBSTANCE: method consists in continuous manufacture of ground reinforcing fabrics, which have a large surface area and contain thermoplastic bars intersecting one another and interconnected by welding in the points of their intersection. Use is made of single-layer, homogeneous, molecular-oriented bars with a high tensile strength, and using the vibration welding, they are intermittently welded in a great number of points of intersection positioned behind and near one another. Use is made of a new device for vibration winding, having at least one vibration-welding device, depending on the required thickness, that may be used for simultaneous welding at last of 100 points of intersection, preferably up to 500 points of intersection and up to 8000 points of intersection. Each vibration-welding device is provided with a vibrating table with a large surface area. EFFECT: enhanced strength of joint in the welded points of intersection of plastic bars without imparting of a considerable molecular orientation. 18 cl
