FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in completion of wells with formation of filtering channels after well cementing without subsequent perforation of casing strings. SUBSTANCE: device includes body with members for establishment of communication with casing string and holes on side surface. Guide sleeves are rigidly secured coaxially to holes on external surface. Extensible bushing together with members for fastening to guide sleeves is located in guide sleeves. Bushing is closed by plug decomposed by acid. Guide sleeve has stop and stop surface is oval for engagement with well walls. Bushing rear part is made in the form of flexible members with detents for stop for limiting back motion of bushing which is located in body internal cavity and has bead for limiting bushing extension towards producing formation. Plug decomposed by acid overlaps bushing over its entire length. EFFECT: provided reliable hydrodynamic communication with producing formation, extended filed of application of device under conditions of small annular spaces between casing and wellbore, simplified design of device. 3 dwg
