METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CLEANING BOTTOM OF WELL DURING ITS OPERATION Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: equipment and methods of oil recovery from wells, particularly, cleaning of bottom of gas-water-oil wells during their operation. SUBSTANCE: method includes lowering of strainer on pipes into preset internal of well, location of collar on pipes and removal of mechanical impurities. Located preliminarily on well bottom is sludge trap. It is secured by landing sleeve which is used for sealing the space between casing string and sludge trap. Then, strainer is lowered on tail pipes with collar on their upper parts and located below interval of perforation. After that, electric centrifugal pump is lowered on tubing string. Mechanical impurities are removed by lifting of electric centrifugal pump, and then, removal of sludge trap to surface. Device includes sludge trap, collar and hoisting device. Collar is located in upper part of tail pipes with strainer, hydraulically communicated with electric centrifugal pump. Lifting device is used in form of finishing tool. EFFECT: higher efficiency of well operation with use of electric centrifugal pumps. 2 cl, 2 dwg
