FIELD: manufacture of engines; fuel treatment devices. SUBSTANCE: device has copper and aluminum sheets laid on rubber belt housing. Channel-type magnetic induction radiators with magnets inside them are mounted in housing. Ceramic triangular poles are located between magnetic induction radiators. Secured to one of ceramic poles is electromagnetic wave radiator with coil. Housing is inserted in square aluminum pipe whose outer surface is coated with insulating material. Device is mounted on the outside of fuel pipe line as closer to fuel tank as possible enhancing completeness of combustion of fuel due to preliminary treatment. EFFECT: reduced toxicity of exhaust gases of diesel engine; low cost of process. 8 cl, 11 dwg
