FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant comprises natural gas line, turbo expander, heater, recuperator, pump, electric load, for example, electric generator, gas generator of gas turbine engine (GTE) including air compressor, combustion chamber and turbine, heater with cold and intermediate heat carrier channels and recuperator with hot and intermediate heat carrier channels. Compressor, turbine and load are articulated via shaft. Natural gas line and turbo expander inlet are communicated via heater cold heat carrier channel. Turb expander outlet is communicates with natural gas consumer. Turbine outlet is communicated via hot heat carrier channel with atmosphere. Heater and recuperator intermediate heat carrier channels and pump are intercommunicated to make closed circuit. Additionally, proposed plant comprises compressed air source, compressed air accumulator, shaft gland leaks collection chamber, clutch, flow control valve, pressure control valve and valves. Turbo expander is coupled via clutch with GTE gas generator. Said shaft gland leaks collection chamber is communicated with compressor inlet. Compressed air source if communicated with turbo expander inlet via accumulator provided with valves at inlet and outlet. Turbo expander outlet is equipped with valve and communicated, additionally, via valve with compressor inlet. Natural gas line and heater cold heat carrier channel are communicated via valve.. Natural gas line is additionally communicated with turbo expander inlet via valve. Recuperator hot heat carrier channel inlet is equipped with valve. Turbine outlet is additionally communicated via flow control valve with atmosphere.
EFFECT: faultless, high-efficiency nonpolluting unit.
