SUBSTANCE: antenna used for data transmission and reception in VHF band has a number of dipoles supplied with power from two- wire balanced distribution line; each next dipole of antenna is fed in phase opposition to preceding one, arm length ratio of adjacent dipoles and dipole-to-dipole distance ratio being chosen to meet ratios for organizing log-periodic antenna structure; prior-art director is replaced by director whose size is same as that of smallest dipole. EFFECT: enhanced travelling-wave ratio in upper part of frequency band. 1 dwg
