SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicinal agents with an immunostimulating effect from vegetable raw and to a method of their preparing, namely, to a medicinal agent with an immunostimulating effect. The preparation comprises polysaccharides from Pleurotes ostreatus with molecular mass 10-420 kDa as an active component. Method of the preparation preparing involves preliminary drying fungus parts, milling, removal of lipids by extraction with an alcohol-containing solution, isolation of an active component from precipitate by extraction with boiling water, concentrating, precipitation of polysaccharides by treatment with an alcohol-containing solution and dialysis.
