FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: anti-radiation composition comprising a chitin-glucan complex of the basidiomycete fungus Oyster mushroom, sodium succinate and calcium stearate as filler, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: chitin-glucan complex of the basidiomycete fungus Oyster mushroom 95.0-99.0; sodium succinate 0.9-2.5; calcium stearate 0.1-4.1; wherein the chitin-glucan complex comprises a mixture of polysaccharides with a molecular weight of 10-1000 kDa, the concentration of polysaccharides is 65-70 wt.%, including betaD-glucans 20-25 wt.%, the rest various impurities 5-15 wt.% and the complex was obtained by treating Pleurotus ostreatus mushroom powder with an 80% aqueous-alcohol solution at a temperature of +76.0-78.0°C for 3 hours and removing the aqueous-alcohol solution.
EFFECT: above composition is intended for oral administration, has anti-radiation activity, and reduces the severity of the myelosuppressive effect.
