SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method for producing a collagenolytic enzyme, including cultivation of basidiomycota of the species Correna unicolor, Ganoderma lucidum, Trametes ochracea, Coriolus versicolor, Pleurotus ostreatus, Hypsizygus ulmarius, Lentinus edodes, Funalia trogii, Fomes fomentarius or Coprinus lagopides on a liquid nutrient medium containing 6.0 to 10.0 g/l of lactose or 10 to 15 g/l of dry whey containing 70% lactose as a carbon source, and 1.5 to 5.0 g/l of urea as a nitrogen source, followed by separation of the mycelium by filtration, concentration of the native solution by means of ultrafiltration, freeze-drying.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the yield of the target product.
