Crystallization process is performed by direct bubbling of refrigerant into product with following concentration of contaminants (wax substances, phospholipins, etc) in upper part of continuous action unit. Filtering process is performed directly in unit. Apparatus has cryogenic unit comprising inclined heat-insulated metal casing with perforated hollow shaft, tubular mixer, oil supply and discharge branch pipes, refrigerant discharge branch pipe, and fan. Apparatus is further provided with filtering device made in the form of drum-type vacuum filter and auger- type wax substance removing device.
