FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pumps, refined oil vessel, heat-exchangers, cooler, crystallizer, exposer, filters, sediment collector, intermediate collector, mixer and heater. Crystallization process is carried out in cryogenic unit having casing with shaft, tubular mixer, and oil supply and discharge branch pipes and coolant discharge branch pipe. Casing is inclined to horizontal plane for uniform displacement of product from charging branch pipe to discharge branch pipe and is heat insulated. Sleeve made from adhesion-proof material and fan are joined to inner side of casing wall in portion adjacent to charging zone. Adhesion-proof material is rigidly attached to casing wall. Shaft is made hollow and perforated from zone adjacent to charging branch pipe to zone adjacent to discharge branch pipe, with concentration of perforations increasing in direction of advancement of product. Shaft is equipped with scrapers for cleaning inner end surfaces. Mixer is rigidly attached to shaft below charging branch pipe. Mixer blades are formed as perforated pipes arranged in equally spaced relation along shaft diameter. Apparatus provides intensified winterization process allowing completely refined oil, such as salad oil, to be produced. EFFECT: reduced material and metal usage, reduced power consumption and intensified extraction of wax substances. 4 dwg
