SUBSTANCE: gear to cut thread on pipes across wellmouth comprises table, hydraulic drive, cutting tool holder, mechanism to rotate and feed cutting tool that includes unit transforming rotary motion from drive to rotary-translator motion of cutting tool, template and skid. Gear is fitted with centering yoke with two cylindrical guiding belts, supporting collar with centering belt, four internal detachable set screws which secure thread cutting on pipe of various diameter and four external elongated adjusting screws with prismatic rests having cruciform knurling on working surface.
