FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for spatial protection of control instrument cabinets, equipment racks, working places and other objects from vibration and shocks at operation on movable objects and in transit. According to proposed invention, vibration and shockproofing platform has rectangular support frame accommodating rectangular plate for mounting object to be protected. Frame and plate are connected by lengths of steel elastically damping wire ropes laid along plate sides so that ends of wire ropes are brought through fixed segments which are secured vertically from outer side of support frame. Then ends of wire ropes are brought onto segments installed horizontally and are connected with flexible members installed on outer sides of support frame. EFFECT: improved protection of mounted objects from vibration, single and repeated impacts of large amplitudes and duration transmitted through base in horizontal and vertical planes. 1 dwg
