FIELD: thermal engineering; heat supply systems. SUBSTANCE: heating system has heating appliances connected to delivery and return mains of heat network and control element on delivery pipeline of heating system. System has also pressure control coupled with control element on delivery pipeline and with water pressure transducer in heating system, as well as flow regulator coupled with control element in return pipeline of heating system and with air temperature transducer in room being heated. Proposed design provides for preventing heating system emptying through return pipeline under emergency hydraulic conditions in return main of heat network and for maintaining delivery water pressure in heating-system delivery pipeline within limits dictated by mechanical strength of heating appliances.
