FIELD: heat-power engineering; thermal power stations. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in connection of preheaters and hot-water boilers in parallel. Temperature of heating-system water in supply line of heating system is set depending on average saturation temperature of steam of upper heating-steam extraction of extraction turbine. Flow rate of heating-system water in base section of graph of control of thermal load is regulated through change of number of preheaters and that in peak section of graph (with preheaters switched on) is regulated through switching-on the hot-water boilers. EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency; improved quality of operation of heat supply system due to full load of hot-water boilers and reduction of use of make-up water for heat-supply system. 1 dwg
