FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device is intended to determine flow rate of current-conducting fluids with use of triboelectric effect and electromagnetic phenomenon. Measurement section of pipe-line is manufactured from polymer material with high tribostatic capability and variable internal section having shape of narrowing and expanding cones connected in series and fitted with grounding electrode.
