SUBSTANCE: in pre-operational period one should determine the activity of glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase enzyme in peripheral blood lymphocytes of pregnant women and at its activity being above 0.40 mcU/10000 lymphocytes one should predict the development of purulent- septic complications after Caesarean operation at the accuracy to be up to 89.58%. The method enables to predict the development of purulent-septic complications in post-operational period according to the data obtained before operation, it needs only one venous blood sampling to isolate lymphocytic suspension to determine the activity of glycerol-3- phosphate dehydrogenase enzyme.
