SUBSTANCE: at the beginning of disease exacerbation one should determine the values of ferments' activity for glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and NAD-dependent malate dehydrogenase and the values being under 0.297 mcU/10000 cells for HZFDH and 0.638 mcU/10000 cells for NADMDH one should predict a severe degree of disease exacerbation.
