FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying a natural cytokinetic agents complex separated from phytohemagglutinin-stimulated mononuclear cells of patient peripheral blood with protein concentration being equal to 150-200 mkg/ml. The complex is applied to suture regions in the amount of 9 ml during the operation and introduced into the uterine cavity in the amount of 6 ml at the first day after the operation. EFFECT: rapid tissue repair in suture regions; prevented pyoseptic complications; accelerated convalescence period.
