FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: one should introduce through a nasojejunal probe a saline enteral solution heated up to 38-40 C in amount of 2.5-5 l into intestine. Saline enteral solution has the osmolarity being equal to the value of colloidal-osmotic pressure of blood plasma of a certain patient. Together with the last portion of this solution at 150-200 ml volume one should inject preparations to normalize intestinal flora at a daily dosage. Such preparations could be used: Hilak-forte, eubiotics, pectin. The method enables to prevent tissue hyperhydration and restore intestinal flora.
