FIELD: food-processing, pharmaceutical, chemical and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing incorporating rotor and stator, which are made in the form of coaxial cones equipped with slots. Stator teeth have channels extending through central part of tooth toward rotor so that one of components is delivered immediately into working zone. Rotor hub is provided with openings for creating recirculating flows. Periodic overlapping of rotor and stator openings provides for development of high speed gradients, effective pulsation and turbulization of mixture flow. Apparatus may be used for treating heterogeneous systems. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 1 dwg
