SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with rotor mounted within casing having base provided with openings. Semi-spherical blades are positioned within casing, on outer side of rotor, said blades being arranged in the vicinity of openings provided on rotor base.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of dispersion and homogenization processes due to directed circulation of liquid flows, and improved quality of resultant mixture.
