SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of separately forming bottom portion of semifinished vessel; welding by lengthwise seam its cylindrical portion; joining said portions by annular seam; spinning cylindrical portion of blank and simultaneously flattening annular and lengthwise welded seams; at second transition applying onto outer surface of cylindrical portion of vessel lattice formed by mutually crossing grooves while using for such procedure baals of expanding head.
