FIELD: transport engineering; cross country vehicles. SUBSTANCE: propulsive device has hub with geometrical axis, flat closed multimember mechanism in form of equal-length articulated members and four straight-ahead motion devices. Each of straight- ahead motion devices is rigidly connected by one end with hub, and by other end is connected to nearest joint. Each member carries flexible support device with running surface. Said member and/or flexible support device are made for positioning and holding the latter with its running surface pointed to hub, and flexible support device proper is made for partial arrangement in space between nearest straight-ahead motion devices.
