SUBSTANCE: invention makes it possible to cut pipes in hole and in upper part of casing and drill pipe string under conditions of gas-laden medium when open gas or oil flowouts are eliminated. Pipe cutting machine has clamp with bracket on which cutting unit is anchored with the aid of supporting and turning unit. Cutting unit includes hydraulic motor on which shaft disc with finger on which connecting rod is fixed is put. Another end of connecting rod is attached with the use of another finger to slider in which sawblade is anchored and which carries out reciprocating motion in body and cuts pipe. Cutting effort is formed with the help of tension device.
