GEAR TO PUT BLOWOUT PREVENTER EQUIPMENT ON MOUTH OF GUSHER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry, guidance of arrangement of blowout preventer equipment on to mouth of gusher. SUBSTANCE: gear includes upper gripper for flange of blowout preventer equipment and lower gripper for flange of string equipment interhinged with axle. Drive in the form of hydraulic cylinder is employed to transfer blowout preventer equipment to vertical position. String flange is detachable flange. Gear is provided with separable frame mounted for attachment to detachable string flange, to hydraulic cylinder and to axle of hinge of upper and lower grippers with the aid of bushing with eyes and pin pivoting around axle of hinge of upper and lower grippers. Blowout preventer equipment has cross-member. Upper gripper is made up of sector and two plates made fast to cross-member and body of hydraulic cylinder. Lower gripper comprises sector and two jaws made fast to string detachable flange. Axle of upper and lower grippers is located in jaws. EFFECT: employment of blowout preventer equipment allows safe operation conditions to be provided while liquidating blowout and putting of arrangement on mouth of well to be mechanized. 6 dwg
