METHOD OF OPERATION OF JET PLANT AT REPAIR-AND-ISOLATING WORKS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: producing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to jet plants used at repair-and-renewal and repair-and- isolating works in wells. Method of said operation of plant comes to the following: first drillable packer with through channel and check valve closing through section of channel is installed in well. Then string with jet pump and linear-stinger is lowered into well. Linear-stinger is installed lower than housing and is connected with drillable packer. Check valve is opened to communicate underpacker space with inner space of string. Logging device with sealing unit cable-mounted above devices is lowered on cable into space of string. Sealing unit is installed on seat in through channel of pump housing with provision of reciprocation of cable. When device reaches productive formation, it is fixed in position. Using the pump, several values of depression are created on formation of duration sufficient for stabilization of bottom- hole pressure and fluid inflow. Bottom-hole pressure and parameters of formation fluid are recorded by device at this mode and then parameters of physical fields are recorded at several fixed values of depression on formation by moving the device along well in underpacker zone. After researches, results obtained are interpreted and sources of water encroachment and condition of well are determined. Then device with sealing unit is pulled out of well. If necessary, geological and technical operations are carried out through pump, and entire cycle of research operations by means of logging devices at depressions on formation is carried out again. Then device with sealing unit is pulled out of well and locking insert is dropped into inner space of string. Insert is installed in through channel of pump housing for overlapping supply channels of pumps and isolating borehole annulus inner space of string. String is lifted with disconnection of assembly from packer and closing of check valve and isolation of well space to form overpacker and underpacker spaces. Plunging solution is pumped into string. When level of solution reaches lower part of linear-stinger is lowered into well and connected with drillable packer with opening of check valve. Then solution is pumped into underpacker space and is squeezed into productive formation after which string with pump and liner-stinger is pulled out of well. After hardening of solution, packer and formed cement bridge are drilled out. Formation is perforated and string is lowered into well with fitted-on liner with guide funnel, packer and pump from bottom to top. Then releasing of packer is carried out and entire cycle of logging and hydrodynamic researches is carried out by results of which decision is taken either to bring well in operation or carry out additional operations for intensification of well yield.
