SUBSTANCE: device has laser radiation source, optical disk having light-permeable sublayer, the first and the second information layers, respectively, film manufactured from partially light- permeable material and film manufactured from light-reflecting material covering the first and the second information layers and light-permeable intermediate sublayer disposed between the first and the second information layers, engine for rotating the optical disk, lens for focusing laser radiation beam into a spothaving fixed spherical aberration adjustment. The system has approximately minimum spherical aberration when being positioned in the intermediate layer between the first and the second information layers.
