FIELD: electrical engineering; manufacture of primary and secondary lithium current supplies. SUBSTANCE: gel-polymeric electrolyte has polymeric matrix, organic solvent, and inorganic lithium salt. Polysulphone having mean molecular mass of (0,2-1,0)•105 is used as polymeric matrix and mixture of propylene carbonate and tetrahydrofurane taken in proportion of 1:1 - 1:4 volume percent, as organic solvent; mass proportion of electrolyte ingredients is as follows, mas.pts.: polysulphone, 100; inorganic ionogenic lithium salt, 5-27; organic solvent, 80-140. EFFECT: enhanced electric conductivity, electrochemical stability, and chemical inertness. 1 tbl
