FIELD: construction engineering; applicable in construction of large-span roofs presenting space rod system with central opening. SUBSTANCE: suspension roof includes external and internal structures, system of radial and circular members, main stay ropes and pylons secured by guy ropes. Roof has spatially located bearing and stabilizing suspensions allowing presetting to main stay ropes of optimal sag shape in the form of parabola from 1.5 to 1.8 degree, and deflecting the sag plane of main stay ropes from vertical line through 30 deg. External structure is made in the form of inclined rods installed at an angle of 60 deg to horizon inside roof. Corner pylons are made in the form of cantilever deflected from vertical plane through 9 deg to outside. EFFECT: reduced consumption of materials, increased performance and reduced labor input in construction and erection works. 6 cl
