FIELD: devices for taking samples of liquid from depth. SUBSTANCE: proposed sampler can be used in different branches of industry. It has sample taking vessel made in form of heavy cylindrical housing with hole in upper cover closed by stopper. Sampler is provided with hanger in form of clamps with eyes to which shackle of sampler is connected. Sampler has carrying cable with freely hanging loop connected with locking device. The latter is made in form of lever with fitted on stopper installed on sampler cover. Stopper closes inlet hole of sample taking tube. Calibrated thread connects shackle os sampler with lower part of cable. Cable is connected to lever forming freely hanging loop. EFFECT: improved accuracy of sample checking, provision of reliable operation of sampler at preset depth. 2 cl, 2 dwg
