SUBSTANCE: invention is related to pulse laser employed for quantitative spectral analysis of halogen-carrying non-metal or partially metal substances and coupled to filming fixture, spectrometer and CCD camera. Intensity of light emitted by at least one disc- shaped section of plasma expanding cone is memorized, summed and evaluated. Gradients of temperature and density are preferably found.
