FIELD: control and monitoring systems primarily for housing sphere. SUBSTANCE: complex has Basic Multifunctional Software Device (BMSD) and is provided with computer using selfstarted compact disk carrying Virtual Control Model (VCM). BMSD is designed for data processing and allocation. Its software is, essentially, address-command structure incorporating elementary commands for modules controlling actuating devices and data on controlled environment condition for VCM processing. There is facility for initializing automatic generation of VCM. BMSD inputs and outputs are designed for connection to modules controlling actuating devices and to those monitoring controlled environment. Removable module designed for VCM generation has additional computer with CD recorder and Identification Unit (IU) for identifying controlled-environment actuating and monitoring devices. Additional computer software and mentioned facility for initializing automatic VCM generation form integrated software complex. EFFECT: provision for configuring softwarehardware complex and for normal operation irrespective of amount of controlled and monitored hardware. 2 cl, 1 dwg
