FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a microprocessor module, a module of alarm signals reception, a module of alarm signals output and a group of inputs and outputs for connection with a PC and a TPACS, and also a module of external filters connected via an appropriate mother board of relay modules, at least to one relay module, a module of capacitor blocks, a module of a power supply block, a module of external clock synchronisation, which with their inputs and outputs are connected to the microprocessor module, at the same time the relay modules are equipped with mechanical breakers with manual control for disconnection of the device from input and output circuits.
EFFECT: higher reliability, reduced time for adjustment and maintenance.
