FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: the device has two ferrite elements, each positioned in the frame half-shell. Both half-shells, with the ferrite elements located in them, are so positioned around the cable that a closed cylindrical passage through the ferrite element is formed. Both ferrite half-cores are held in the half-shells of the frame by semi-cylindrical cross-pieces, which pass lengthwise through the semi-cylindrical grooves of the ferrite elements. Thus, the inner wall of the cylindrical passage through the ferrite elements is covered. At least one half-shell has a fixing cover plate with teeth for engagement.
