FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: adjustable hinged fittings have swivel support, corner support, folding support, hinge angle limiter, leaf-mounted handle, and swivel-support mounted actuating mechanism that functions independently of handle. Actuating mechanism has bearing assembly made on one of beams on side of axis of revolution for swivel support assembly movable between position of swivel support and that of disconnection. In order to acquire swivel support, swivel support assembly engages additional swivel support assembly mounted on other beam on side of axis of revolution; for disconnection it disengages additional swivel support assembly. Since bearing assembly is mounted on fixed frame, swivel support takes full load of leaf and prevents unwanted post-effects due to malfunction of actuating mechanism.
