Outlet of input device is connected with signal inlets of decoder and of decoder switch. In order to supply power to switch of decoder apparatus includes converter for converting energy of background electromagnetic irradiations to electric power. Outlet of converter is connected with power inlet of switch of decoder. Power inlet of decoder through its switch is connected with power supply circuit. Outlet of decoder is connected with signal inlet of switching keys. Power inlet of electric apparatus through switching keys is connected with power supply circuit. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of control, prevention of useless consumption of electric power in idle mode of apparatus, improved fire proofness, enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 2 dwg
