SUBSTANCE: proposed off-line digital signal transmitter has power supply incorporating electric charge generator with its invocation means and digital signal shaping and transfer unit. Electric charge energy converter input is connected to output of electric charge generator and its output, to input of digital signal shaping and transfer unit. Electric charge energy converter is designed to increase initial quantity of electric charges arriving from generator and to reduce potential of electric charges accumulated across converter output.

EFFECT: provision for dispensing with periodic replacement or recharging of power supply.
